Hesabınızı uygulama içinden silme (önerilen yol)
- Miniversite'yi açın ve Profil sekmesine gidin.
- Ekranın altındaki "Hesabımı Sil" bağlantısına dokunun ve uyarıyı "Devam Et" ile onaylayın.
- Ebeveyn doğrulamasını geçin: "Şu anda hangi ay?" sorusunda içinde bulunulan ayı seçin. Bu adım, çocukların yanlışlıkla hesap silmesini önlemek içindir.
- Hesabı açtığınız Apple veya Google hesabıyla yeniden giriş yapın ("Apple ile doğrula" / "Google ile doğrula"). Güvenlik gereği silme, yalnızca bu yeni doğrulamadan sonraki birkaç dakika içinde yapılabilir; Apple hesabında Sign in with Apple yetkisi de iptal edilir.
- Son onay ekranında silme butonunu basılı tutun. Hesabınız ve verileriniz hemen ve kalıcı olarak silinir; işlem geri alınamaz. Uygulama, hesapsız (yeni ve boş) bir oturuma döner.
"Hesabımı Sil" seçeneğini göremiyorsanız bu cihazda bir hesaba giriş yapılmamıştır (hesapsız kullanım). Hesapsız kullanımda sunucuda silinecek bir hesap yoktur; cihazdaki yerel veriler uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda silinir. Bir hesabınız varsa önce Profil → Giriş Yap ile giriş yapın, sonra yukarıdaki adımları izleyin.
Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa
Hesabınıza bağlı Apple/Google hesabının e-posta adresini belirterek destek@miniversite.app adresine "Hesap Silme Talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Kimliğinizi (talebi bağlı hesabın e-posta adresinden göndererek ya da o adrese iletilecek doğrulama e-postasını yanıtlayarak) doğruladıktan sonra talebiniz KVKK Madde 7 ve 11 uyarınca en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir ve size bilgi verilir.
Silinen veriler
Hesap silme işleminde aşağıdaki verilerin tamamı silinir:
- Profil bilgileri (takma ad, avatar), puan ve aşama ilerlemesi
- Bağlı Apple/Google hesabının e-posta adresi ve kimlik doğrulama hesabı (oturumlar iptal edilir; Apple'da Sign in with Apple yetkisi iptal edilir)
- Oyun oturumları, günlük istatistikler, aşama geçiş kayıtları, uygulama içi tur kayıtları
- Haftalık yapay zekâ gelişim raporları
- Veli beyanı ve yapay zekâ raporu rıza kayıtları
Silme sonrası kalanlar
- Silme kanıt kaydı: silmenin yapıldığını ispatlamak için hesap kimliğinin geri döndürülemeyen özet (hash) değeri, silme yöntemi (Apple/Google), silme zamanı ve rıza kaydının var olup olmadığı bilgisi saklanır. Bu kayıt telefon numarası, e-posta, takma ad veya IP adresi içermez; hesap kimliği rastgele üretilmiş bir dizi olduğundan kayıt, tek başına sizinle ilişkilendirilemez.
- Teknik işaret kaydı: silme sürecinin tamamlandığını izlemek için en fazla 30 gün tutulan, iletişim bilgisi içermeyen bir işaret. Bu süre içinde aynı hesap kimliğiyle yeniden kayıt açılamaz; süre sonunda kendiliğinden silinir.
- Hizmet sağlayıcı kayıtları: yapay zekâ raporu için açık rıza vermişseniz, sağlayıcıya (Anthropic) daha önce gönderilen kimliksiz haftalık özetler sağlayıcının kendi süresi içinde (en geç 30 gün) silinir. Google ve Apple güvenlik kayıtları kendi saklama süreleri kapsamındadır.
- Kişisel veri içermeyen toplu maliyet/kullanım sayaçları.
Ek saklama yükümlülüğü doğuran bir yasal zorunluluk bulunmadıkça başka hiçbir veri saklanmaz.
Abonelikler
Uygulama içi abonelik henüz sunulmamaktadır. Sunulmaya başlandığında: hesap silme, mağaza aboneliğini kendiliğinden iptal etmez — aboneliği App Store / Google Play hesap ayarlarından ayrıca iptal etmeniz gerekir.

Delete your account in the app (recommended)
- Open Miniversite and go to the Profile ("Profil") tab.
- Tap "Hesabımı Sil" (Delete My Account) at the bottom of the screen and confirm the warning with "Devam Et" (Continue).
- Pass the parental gate: answer "Şu anda hangi ay?" (What month is it now?) by tapping the current month. This step prevents accidental deletion by children.
- Sign in again with the Apple or Google account the account was created with ("Apple ile doğrula" / "Google ile doğrula"). For security, deletion is only possible within a few minutes of this fresh verification; for Apple accounts the Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked as well.
- On the final screen press and hold the delete button. Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently; this cannot be undone. The app returns to a fresh, account-less session.
If you do not see "Hesabımı Sil", no account is signed in on this device (account-less use). In account-less use there is no account to delete on the server; local data on the device is removed when you uninstall the app. If you do have an account, first sign in via Profil → Giriş Yap (Sign in), then follow the steps above.
If you can no longer access the app
E-mail destek@miniversite.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request", stating the e-mail address of the Apple/Google account linked to your account. After verifying your identity (by sending the request from that e-mail address, or by replying to a verification e-mail we send to it) we complete your request within 30 days at the latest (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law — KVKK, Articles 7 and 11) and confirm it to you.
Data that is deleted
- Profile information (nickname, avatar), points and stage progress
- The linked Apple/Google account's e-mail address and the authentication account (sessions are revoked; for Apple the Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked)
- Game sessions, daily statistics, stage-transition records, in-app tour records
- Weekly AI development reports
- Guardian declaration and AI-report consent records
Data that remains after deletion
- Deletion proof record: an irreversible hash of the account ID, the deletion method (Apple/Google), the deletion time and whether a consent record existed are kept solely as proof that the deletion took place. This record contains no phone number, e-mail address, nickname or IP address; because the account ID is a randomly generated string, the record cannot on its own be associated with you.
- Technical marker: a contact-free marker kept for at most 30 days to track completion of the deletion process. During this period the same account ID cannot be re-registered; the marker deletes itself afterwards.
- Service-provider logs: if you had consented to the AI report, the identity-free weekly summaries previously sent to the provider (Anthropic) are deleted within the provider's own period (at most 30 days). Google and Apple security logs follow their own retention periods.
- Aggregate cost/usage counters containing no personal data.
No other data is retained unless a legal obligation requires it.
Subscriptions
In-app subscriptions are not yet offered. Once they are: deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription by itself — cancel it separately in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
